Sonador AI is experienced in creating custom integrations with Slicer to streamline manual and error prone processes, such as converting DICOM-SEG image masks to 3D data (STL) and vice-versa. Leveraging Sonador IO's 3D Slicer plugin and custom scripts, Sonador created a custom solution that has been used to process thousands of sets of patient data.

Preoperative and Procedure Planning

Sonador AI is experienced in the creation of tools for integrating and automating preoperative and radiotherapy planning workflows. This includes all steps from ingestion of medical imaging, inference using AI models, review by technicians and Radiologists, generation of plans in tools such as FreeCAD or Blender, and export of surgical or radiotherapy (RT) plans back to Sonador IO.
